A: Our custom pouches are engineered from high-performance barrier films, including PET, PE, and BOPP, specifically designed to block moisture and oxygen. Q: Will the zipper on pouches be open or closed when I receive them?

A: All our zipper pouches are shipped with the zippers closed. To fill them, you will simply open the zipper, load your product, and then heat seal the area above the zipper to ensure a tamper-evident, airtight finish.

Q:How do I seal these pouches?

A: You can easily seal our pouches using a standard impulse heat sealer or a constant heat sealer. Applying a heat seal above the tear notches creates an airtight, tamper-evident closure that guarantees product freshness. After your customer pulls the tear notch to open the bag, the integrated reclosable zipper allows for convenient everyday reuse.
